Equipping and advocacy are essential to RHP’s mission and are shaped by both Scripture and best practices in healthy, sustainable care.
Equipping at RHP is designed to strengthen refugee families while also equipping churches, volunteers, and community partners to serve in ways that honor dignity, agency, and long-term flourishing. Rather than creating dependency, we seek to foster healthy relationships that support growth, responsibility, and resilience.
Advocacy at RHP focuses on telling the broader refugee story and bearing witness to what God is doing. Through stories and testimonies, we share how God is at work in the lives of refugee families and why Scripture calls God’s people to love their neighbor and care for the foreigner. We help others understand the biblical call to hospitality, justice, and faithful presence by inviting prayerful and thoughtful engagement.
